Kids - Get Kids Hooked On Fishing

Debbie is involved in a program to Get Kids Hooked On Fishing. She provides free gift packs to children interested in fishing who visit Angler's Pro Shop in Lake Havasu City in Arizona.

Packs include fishing tackle necessary to entice all local species plus additional goodies to promote the sport of fishing for children.

This picture of Galen Breidenstein was taken after the Catfish Derby in Santee, CA in June of 2007.

Dear Ms. Blanchard,

My name is Sheryl Breidenstein. You gave my 4 yr. old son Galen a fishing pole yesterday at the end of the Fishing Derby at Santee Lakes. Though I am trying to teach him that you don't win anything everytime you're in a drawing and it's ok, you saw his disappointment and made him a very happy little boy. I cannot thank you enough for doing that for him. He is so happy with "his" new fishing pole and can't wait to go use it! You had a picture taken with him. If you'd be able to email it to me so I can get it framed for him, I'd really appreciate it and so will he. (He was the little blonde boy). Thank you again.
